Project Procurement ManagerThe Manager, Procurement leads procurement strategy and execution in support of large-scale energy projects, including the SMR-300 Pioneer 1 & 2 program. This role is responsible for ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services, maintaining compliance with nuclear quality standards, and driving strong supplier performance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement leadership within complex industrial or highly regulated project environments.Location: Camden, NJ (Onsite)Primary ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy & LeadershipSourcing, Contracting & Commercial ManagementSupplier & Expediting OversightProject Coordination & ReportingCompliance & Quality AssuranceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, including leadership experience on large-scale industrial or EPC projects.

Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing procurement teams and complex sourcing activities. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier performance management.

Experience with major equipment procurement (e.g., pressure vessels, pumps, valves, electrical systems, fabricated components). Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analysis tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be eligible to work under U.S. federal code 10 CFR 810Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting nuclear new build projects or working within NQA-1 quality programs. Familiarity with ASME codes, nuclear procurement specifications, and supplier quality requirements. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.

Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and global supplier networks.
