Seeking a contract IT Project Portfolio Analyst who will manage the scheduling function, utilizing expert-level Microsoft Project skills to develop and maintain high-quality schedules that support informed decision-making, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Build accurate schedules in Microsoft Project, maintaining critical path integrity and performing regular schedule maintenance and quality reviews Create realistic schedules that reflect actual progress, identify risks early, and balance project dependencies to forecast outcomes and completion dates Communicate complex schedules clearly, influence stakeholders through data, and facilitate schedule reviews and planning sessions Required qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst or IT project planning/scheduling role OR a Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst or project planning/scheduling role
