In doing so, together we are transforming e-commerce in restaurants and making the till grow for Tillster and our customers.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to lead the enterprise-wide implementation and focus on integrating our internal tools as well as the adoption of Asana as our primary work management platform. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Asana, responsible not only for system configuration, but also for driving organizational change, establishing best practices, and training employees at all levels—from individual contributors to executive leadership.This role requires a rare combination of deep Asana expertise and having the ability to own all of our integration of our internal tools. (jira, asana, etc.)Have the ability to educate, influence, and align cross-functional teams around new ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Tools: Strategy & ImplementationLead the end-to-end rollout of Asana across the organization, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and launchDesign scalable Asana structures including teams, projects, portfolios, workflows, rules, automations, and reportingTranslate business processes into efficient, standardized Asana workflows across functions (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.)Establish governance, naming conventions, templates, and usage standards to ensure long-term scalabilityOrganizational Change ManagementAct as the change leader for the Asana rollout, ensuring strong adoption and sustained usagePartner with executive sponsors and department leaders to align Asana usage with business goalsIdentify change risks and resistance points, and proactively address them through communication, training, and reinforcementDefine success metrics for adoption, efficiency, and impactTraining & EnablementDevelop and deliver role-based training for all employees, including:Individual contributorsManagers and program leadersExecutive leadershipCreate documentation, playbooks, onboarding guides, and best-practice resourcesServe as the go-to expert for Asana questions, coaching, and optimizationSupport internal champions and super-users to scale adoptionStakeholder Partnership & OptimizationCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve workflowsAssess current project and program management maturity and recommend improvementsOptimize Asana usage over time based on feedback, metrics, and evolving business needsSupport integrations with tools such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or others as applicableRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in project, program, or work management roles3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Asana at scaleProven experience leading enterprise or multi-team Asana rolloutsStrong background in organizational change management and user adoptionDemonstrated ability to train and influence employees at all levels of the organizationExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex processes into simple, scalable workflowsPreferred QualificationsAsana certification(s) or formal Asana consulting experienceExperience with enterprise SaaS or high-growth organizationsFamiliarity with complementary tools (Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Salesforce, Slack)Experience working with PMOs, Operations, or Business Systems teamsPrior consulting experience or experience leading transformations across multiple departmentsWhat Success Looks LikeAsana is fully implemented, adopted, and trusted as the system of record for workEmployees clearly understand how and why to use AsanaLeaders have visibility into priorities, capacity, and executionTeams spend less time managing work and more time delivering outcomesThriving at Tillster As a member of Tillster, you will embody our core values: · Put Customers First: Prioritize the needs and satisfaction of our customers in all decisions and actions appropriate to Tillster's stage of development, resources, and stated goals. · Collaborate: Work together effectively, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve common goals. · Innovate: Embrace creativity and pursue new ideas to drive progress and improvement.
