Project Mgmt ConsultantPay Rate: 35-42/HR Duration: 3 MonthsWe are seeking a Move Management Coordinator / Project Manager to support workplace and facility-related moves within a large corporate environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing office moves, reconfigurations, and workplace transitions while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, corporate office environments, and system furniture, along with strong project management and change management capabilities. A hospitality mindset and strong client-facing skills are essential.Move & Project ManagementPlan and execute office moves, adds, and changes (MAC) across corporate environmentsManage end-to-end move coordination including timelines, logistics, and stakeholder communicationTrack project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful deliverySupport workplace transitions, space planning, and occupancy changesStakeholder & Client EngagementAct as a primary point of contact for internal clients and business unitsDeliver a high level of customer service with a hospitality-focused approachCommunicate updates, timelines, and expectations effectively to stakeholdersFacilities & Workplace CoordinationCoordinate with vendors for furniture installation, moves, and workplace servicesManage system furniture (cubicles, modular office setups) and reconfiguration projectsSupport property management and facilities teams in workplace initiativesChange ManagementSupport organizational change initiatives related to workplace transitionsHelp employees adapt to new office layouts, seating arrangements, and processesEnsure smooth communication and adoption during moves or reconfigurationsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in move management, project management, or workplace servicesExperience working in commercial real estate or large corporate office environmentsStrong project coordination and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with system furniture and office reconfigurationsPreferred QualificationsPMP certification (or working toward PMP)Experience in property management or facilities managementBackground in hospitality, workplace experience, or client-facing rolesFamiliarity with change management practicesBusiness SpecificationIdentifying / verifying all of the people at the Bayfront building (there are personnel on the 2nd floor that I was not previously aware of)Classifying personnel by Business Unit and by where their supervision is located.

If the supervision is in So. Florida, there should be more flexibility as to which facility they are assigned.Identifying storage requirements. Identifying items that currently reside at Bayfront and will need to be retained.

Also determining if retention of hard drawings or digitizing documents is viable. (I fear that BU's will take the easy answer instead of taking time to digitize where possible)Identifying functions that are currently handled at Bayfront, such as the exchange of computer equipment, bench testing that is currently conducted in cubicle space on floor 5, etc.Identifying new locations for personnel, hard storage and functions that will need to continue. We have Pine Forest Admin, McCrary, and the new Service Center at Milton will be designed with a 2nd floor to handle non-service center personnel.
