Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical field and at least four years of mechanical design and new product development experience; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on hardware testing experience, proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T, manufacturing judgment across metal and plastic processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel occasionally.
