Project Managers And Project EngineersWe are actively building a talent network of Project Managers and Project Engineers with 5+ years of experience to support upcoming project needs across Eichleay's operations in Ferndale, WA and throughout the Western United States.We are seeking to connect with experienced professionals interested in leading and supporting small to mid-size capital engineering projects across refining, chemicals, power, life sciences, food & beverage, and advanced manufacturing sectors. While this is not a specific open role, candidates who apply will be considered for future opportunities aligned to their experience as project demand grows.At Eichleay, you'll work within a schedule-driven, collaborative EPCM environment, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver technically complex projects safely, efficiently, and with high quality outcomes.Employment Type: Full-Time with benefitsWork Location: Ferndale, WA or Western U.S. locations where Eichleay operates.Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday–Thursday), Onsite, Remote**Remote positions will be determined based on location of the position and will require travel.Compensation: anticipated annual salary will be determined based on the position (may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location)General Core Responsibilities (will vary by position and role level)Demonstrate awareness and commitment to health, safety, and environmental performance, ensuring zero harm and zero incidentsDeliver high-quality, accurate work while meeting project schedules and stakeholder expectationsSupport development of engineering project proposals for new work and project phasesLead or support project execution activities, including planning, coordination, and communicationMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teamsAttend and lead project meetings as requiredProvide clear written and verbal communication, including reports and updatesMaintain schedule and budget commitmentsSupport construction, commissioning, and site activities as requiredGeneral Project Management / Project Engineering ResponsibilitiesLead and manage small to mid-size capital engineering projects (up to ~$100M TIC) from proposal through closeout, including fabrication and construction managementEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and multi-discipline teamsLead meetings with clients, contractors, and internal staff, driving alignment and decision-makingReview and approve client invoices prior to submittalManage project cost, schedule, and scope using robust project controls and change management systemsForecast resource needs and support staffing plans using Eichleay systemsIdentify and implement value engineering opportunities and continuous improvementsCapture and apply lessons learned throughout the project lifecycleSupport or lead project execution within phase-gate project delivery processesTravel to client sites as requiredMinimum QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of related experience with at least three (3) years in project engineering/management rolesBachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting petroleum refining, chemicals, life sciences (pharma), food and beverage, power, advanced manufacturing or similar industrial projects.Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills, including experience managing distributed or remote teams.Working knowledge of project execution frameworks, including phase-gate project development processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and competing priorities effectively.Experience coordinating both technical and management aspects of engineering projects.Strong technical awareness across disciplines with the ability to identify risks and solve problems.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.Authorization to work in the U.S.
