• Foster cross‑functional partnership: Build relationships across business functions and organization to influence outcomes of complex packages, delivering integrated solutions.
• Revel in working on an active, fun crew: Work as part of a collaborative team, abiding by Starbucks guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience managing large‑scale or multiple mid‑size initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional collaborations with business partners and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Starbucks licensed store environment (preferred).
