Project ManagerWoodstock Sterile Solutions is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead technical projects supporting new product development within our facility. This role is critical in managing drug development projects from feasibility through pre-commercialization, as well as overseeing technical transfers and customer product qualifications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines using MS Project, including task planning, resource allocation, and deliverables trackingLead projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring milestones and client commitments are metCoordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to drive project execution and communicationIdentify risks, anticipate delays, and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain accurate project documentation, plans, and status reportsTrack deliverables, project health, and customer satisfaction metricsFacilitate internal and external project meetings, including agendas and follow-upsManage project-related contracts and requestsServe as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong communication and relationship managementSupport revenue tracking and billing through business systems (e.g., JDE)Ensure compliance with quality systems, cGMP standards, and safety requirementsHost customer visits and provide project updates to leadershipQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field (required)PMP certification (preferred)Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical development and project managementExperience managing client-facing projects strongly preferredHave worked in CDMO/CMO industryDeep understanding of cGMP standards and FDA/ICH regulatory guidelinesSkills & CompetenciesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsProficiency with business software tools (MS Office, project management systems, etc.)Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical development processesAbility to perform risk assessments and drive proactive solutionsPhysical RequirementsRegular sitting, standing, walking, and computer useOccasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.) and physical movement as neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced, performance-driven settingCollaborative and team-oriented cultureStrong focus on customer satisfaction and qualityNotice to Agency and Search Firm Representatives: Woodstock Sterile Solutions is not accepting unsolicited resumes from agencies and/or search firms for this job posting.
