Our continued growth has created an opportunity for another talented Project Manager to join our Operations Team.Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion. You'll coordinate with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.ResponsibilitiesAccurately measure replacement windows and doorsOrder products using manufacturer ordering portalsDevelop and manage installation schedulesCoordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveriesMaintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout each projectReview installation photos and inspection reportsSchedule municipal inspectionsCoordinate warranty service and customer punch listsManage project logistics and jobsite readinessMonitor project profitability and job costsWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experienceQualifications Required ExperienceExperience managing residential exterior remodeling projectsStrong knowledge of: Replacement Windows, Entry Doors, Siding, Exterior TrimRoofing and gutter experience is a plusAbility to accurately measure replacement windows and doorsExperience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portalsTechnical SkillsMicrosoft OfficeAdobe Acrobat/PDFScheduling softwareComfortable learning new technology (we'll train you on our WW360 CRM system)PreferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plusConstruction management experienceExcellent organizational and time-management skillsWhat Makes Someone Successful Here?
