Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of OSS/BSS projects for telecom clients. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver OSS/BSS projects, including billing, CRM, order management, provisioning, service assurance, network inventory, and integrations.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, business analysts, developers, and testing teams.
• Track project progress, RAID items, dependencies, changes, and risks; drive timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, development, SIT/UAT, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Communicate project status, escalations, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, contractual, and client expectations while managing scope creep.

Required Skills:

• Strong telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven experience delivering complex telecom projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery, project governance, and RAID management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is highly preffered.
