Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires a balance of strong project management skills and foundational technical understanding.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closureDefine project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteriaCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholdersDrive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall execution, ensuring adherence to established processesManage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, with proactive mitigation strategiesProvide regular status reporting, including progress, risks, and key metricsEnsure stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levelsOversee resource planning and allocationMonitor and manage project budgets and forecastsFacilitate change management and scope controlEnsure quality delivery aligned with business and technical expectationsCollaborating with other project managers while working on a large programRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager for mid-to-large IT technology projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects, QA)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience on Insurance/Annuities domainsExperience with AWS or cloud-based projectsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, or modern application architecturePMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certificationExposure to data platforms or Annuities services domain (preferred)Familiarity with Generative AI terminologies, models, use cases
