This position has the primary responsibility of managing the Obsolescence Program.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Project Manager to coordinate the relevant teams (Business Lines IT, IT Infrastructure, IT Security): To risk assess and risk monitor specific asset types and assetsTo client, reconcile and track the assets in scopeTo remediate and/or mitigate the obsolete assets (including the proper storage of evidences supporting these remediation and mitigation actions)To manage the Obsolescence related governance (Steering Committees, operational meetings)To support Obsolescence controls executionBeing the owner of the Obsolescence Policy and Procedure, ensuring that: These documents are aligned with the current Obsolescence processThese documents are being updated as neededDesired ProfileAt least 5 years of experience; Previous experience in Obsolescence Management is a plusKnowledge of IT InfrastructureSkills: Strong written communication skillsGood organizational skills with attention to detailMulti-taskingAbility to analyze and summaries informationAbility to work autonomously
