The Role
We are hiring Project Managers at multiple experience levels across our Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection divisions. Whether you are an experienced PM ready for larger, more complex work or an emerging PM looking for your next step, you will manage commercial projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial projects from roughly $250K to $25M, typically 2–4 at a time
- Coordinate field teams of 1 to 40 workers
- Oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, subcontractors, and overall execution
- Partner with field leadership, clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Proactively address schedule, cost, and coordination issues
- Deliver projects safely, accurately, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
- Project management experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection
- Solid understanding of commercial construction and coordination with field operations
- Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Subcontractor management experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare, data center, tenant improvement, or ground-up experience is a plus
