We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our clients team. This position combines construction estimating, budgeting, preconstruction, and project management for commercial interior construction projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with commercial interior build-outs, tenant improvements, office renovations, construction estimating, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from the initial estimate and budgeting phase through construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities
-Review drawings, specifications, and RFQs
-Complete quantity take off and and detailed estimates
-Prepare conceptual and schematic budgets
-Collaborate with design teams throughout the design-build process
-Obtain and review subcontractor and vendor pricing
-Identify scope gaps and pricing risks
-Develop project schedules and budgets
-Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
-Manage projects from award through completion
-Track costs, change orders, and project progress
-Provide weekly project updates
-Manage punch lists and project closeout
-Manage multiple projects at once
Qualifications
-2+ years construction-related education (Construction Management, Architecture, etc.) OR 3+ years estimating experience in construction
-Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Experience with:
o Conceptual estimating, budgeting, and hard bid estimating
o Interior xzgxqkn construction scopes (drywall, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
o Familiarity with estimating software (On-Screen Take-off preferred)
o Strong attention to detail and communication skills
o Ability to manage multiple estimates and active projects simultaneously
