Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and implement Client Development Plans for assigned clientsDevelop and maintain personal relationships with assigned clients, business partners, and competitorsDeliver expected volume of New Business and Earned PGM from assigned project portfolioPromote the full range of service offeringsAssign and lead positioning of client account teamsUpdate and maintain ECRM to accurately reflect market potential for assigned clientsDevelop or review all key pursuit strategy and positioning, and lead or support proposal developmentManage the assigned portion of the business development budgetMake Go / No Go decisions or recommendations, and assist with preparation of PRB documentsOversee execution of professional service projects to meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and budgetApply market pricing to ensure that each pursuit is competitiveActively manage performance of assigned staff and projects; and lead accountability within the RegionManagement ResponsibilitiesActs as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team.
The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred Qualifications15+ engineering experience, prior experience as a project manager; technical experience and background is recommended.
