Project Manager - Water / Wastewater Pump Stations and PipelinesHDR is looking for a Project Manager to join our Water Business Group team in North Carolina with a technical background in water and wastewater pump stations and pipelines. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting projects through planning, design and construction phases. Project types could include water transmission pipelines, water pump stations, wastewater collection systems, wastewater pump stations and related infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will need to be skilled in planning studies, field alignment studies, coordinating with sub-consultants and utility owners, preparing preliminary and final design, drawing preparation coordination, developing technical specifications, and performing office and field services during construction. They will also be expected to direct production staff and perform client management activities to support our North Carolina based Pump Stations and Pipelines team.Preferred Qualifications:MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred5 years of water/wastewater project experience, primarily focused on pump stations and pipelinesPE license in NC preferredLocal candidates are preferredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project management experienceRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
