Project Manager - Water/WastewaterRESPEC seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Juneau, AK, or Rapid City, SD locations.RESPEC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our AK Water team. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong background in water and wastewater design, project management, and client relations. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while managing project teams and fostering client partnerships.

Responsibilities include:Lead and manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completionDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverablesCoordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project successPrepare and review design plans, technical reports, and specificationsMentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environmentSupport business development efforts and proposal preparationRequired:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related engineering field10-15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineeringExcellent communication and organizational skillsPE License (or ability to attain one within a year)Preferred:Understanding of treatment processesStrong understanding of hydraulic systems and distribution/collection systemsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD and GISCompensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
