This is your opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, manage meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth as a leader in the field.What You'll Do:Manage water/wastewater and sewer projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutionsOversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationshipsCoordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractorsLead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operationsDevelop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management PlanCommunicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projectsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasksAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skillsKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation and project excellenceFlexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travelMake a tangible impact by helping deliver clean water and safe wastewater solutions to communitiesSalary Range: $95,000 - $110,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.Culture/EEO Statement:At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
