Project Manager- Water/ Wastewater

Project ManagerTalent Consultant Group is partnered with a client that is seeking a Project Manager with 6-12 years of experience in their Charleston or Columbia, SC offices. The Project Manager will be primarily serving municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water-related client services.Our client is a 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 800 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for their clients.Responsibilities:Overseeing and assisting multi-disciplinary project teams with preparing gravity sewer, sewer pump station and force main, sewer rehab, potable water mains, booster pump station, and water storage tank designs including preparation of plans and specifications for permitting and constructionPreparing water and wastewater engineering studies, field evaluations and assessment of existing and newly constructed water and wastewater systems and facilities.Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients at a time, along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.Willingness to work with and mentor staffParticipate in professional organizations and technical committeesAbility to balance flexible workload, diverse projects, and work well with multiple staff members including delegating work and mentoring entry level staff.Travel may be requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental EngineeringExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, REVIT preferredPE is preferred or ability to become licensed within six monthsStrong writing and verbal communications skillsStrong work ethicValid driver's licenseBenefits:Flexible work environmentCompetitive compensationIndustry-leading benefitsExciting career growth opportunitiesA supportive and dynamic corporate culture that embraces diverse perspectives and recognizes people for their contributions
