Project Manager - Water Solutions & Services

Job TitleManage municipal and industrial water treatment projects from request for quote (RFQ) through final closeout, including RFQ package reviews, detailed review and appropriate markup of engineering drawings and specifications, and development and submittal of bid packages, including material, labor and third-party servicesDevelop, maintain, and track project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work, and report progress, risks, and variances to business unit leadershipCoordinate equipment procurement, vendor lead times, and submittal approvals to keep projects on schedule and within budgetSchedule and coordinate service technician resources for project installation, startup, and commissioningServe as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, contractors, and the WSS team on assigned projects, communicating progress, changes, and issues in a timely and professional mannerPrepare, review, and process change orders, documenting scope, cost, and schedule impacts for approvalMaintain complete and accurate project documentation, including submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, closeout packages, and warranty recordsWork with the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects and accurate order entryOccasionally travel to customer sites for project meetings, both municipal and industrialQualificationsBachelors or better in Engineering. High School or better.Proficiency with project scheduling, spreadsheets, PDF markups, and standard office software Strong communications skills, in person, and via email and telephone Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, and deadlines5 years: Working knowledge of clean water and wastewater treatment and distribution, including pumping/transfer equipment and systems, chemical treatment, etc.5 years: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bid documents including the ability to clearly markup & communicate expectations in specs & plans2 years: Interactions with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization in a professional manner2 years: Experience in a project management or project coordination5 years: Municipal or industrial water treatment/distribution equipment and systemsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
