This role supports our Water Resources team and collaborates across disciplines — including Water Resources, Potable Water, and Wastewater — giving you a broad view of how systems come together.As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from early strategy through design and construction — guiding teams, partnering with clients, and ensuring successful delivery. You'll play a key role in shaping solutions that have lasting community impact.Why This Role Stands OutLead full project lifecycle (planning ? design ? construction)Direct client relationships and project strategyManage multiple projects with real community impactInfluence business development and growth opportunitiesLead and mentor project teamsWhat You'll DoLead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects (stormwater, flood mitigation, stream restoration, watershed planning)Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationshipsDevelop scopes, budgets, and project schedulesManage project performance to ensure delivery on time and on budgetOversee hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analysesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Water Resources, Wastewater, and Potable WaterLead QA/QC processes and uphold design and quality standardsSupport business development efforts, including proposals and client presentationsMentor and guide engineers and project staffWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)~10+ years of experience in water resources or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredStrong project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)Experience leading teams and managing client relationshipsBackground in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and master planning preferredBenefitsNot only does HR Green provide you with a place to grow, thrive, and enjoy your work, but we are also dedicated to delivering a comprehensive and multi-faceted benefits package.
