Project ManagerThe Project Manager leads all contractor operations supporting FEMA's National Training and Education Division (NTED) Training Partners Program (TPP). Serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and FEMA leadership, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative. This is a full-time Key Personnel position.Direct and oversee all day-to-day contractor operations and task executionServe as the primary liaison between the contractor team and FEMA government stakeholdersMaintain daily availability during core business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday) and respond to technical inquiries within 24 hoursConduct weekly status reviews with the COR to communicate progress, risks, and deliverable statusPrepare and submit monthly progress reports covering activities completed, deliverables submitted, issues encountered, and projected expendituresCoordinate and obtain advance approval for all staff travelDevelop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan to sustain operations during emergenciesParticipate in program kickoff activities and ongoing planning sessions with FEMA leadershipDesignate and manage qualified alternate(s) to maintain continuity of operations during any absenceProvide supervisory direction to the full contractor team, including subcontractors and consultants
