Project ManagerHill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washington, DC.Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager for a long-term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC.ResponsibilitiesServe as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned from design, procurement and construction phasesManage occupied building renovation projects with emphasis on replacement mechanical and electrical systemsDeliver all aspects of project management as an owner's representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reportingWork independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communicationQualificationsA minimum 8 years of relevant project management experienceBachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical or civil engineering preferredExperience on HVAC systems work preferredExperience managing projects $75M+ preferredExperience with CM at Risk delivery methodProfessional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP preferredMust be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DCStrong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teamsThe salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.
