The Project Manager will work directly with account leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that commercial projects are managed effectively and efficiently, and most importantly, to our customers' expectations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Account Managers to ensure project information is captured appropriatelyCoordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project work is being completed on time and as requiredCommunicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on project statusTrack project requirements and status in project management softwareCoordinate & guide the planning and implementation of projectsFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plansManage project budgetManage project resource allocationPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables and costs using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to project teamEnsure quality assurance with regards to projectsConsistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsEvaluate, analyze, and report on project resultsExperience in FDA or similarly regulated industryStrong leadership skillsStrong organizational skillsSharp cost, quality, results & urgency focusStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to interact diplomatically with all levels of the organizationAbility to adapt to a fast-changing environmentStrategic, operational, & technical skills related to industryDemonstrated knowledge of theoretical & practical aspects of project managementDemonstrated knowledge of project management tools and techniquesStrong understanding of financial principles as it relates to project managementExperience with WorkFront or similar Project Management Platforms required.Provide Training for Project Managers and internal team on SOPs.Position Requirements...Associates degree and 8-10 years of project management or customer service experience in life sciences/healthcare field preferred.Bachelor's degree and/or minor in business studies is required.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Strong written and oral communication skills.Computer skills- experience utilizing MS Office including MS Project, Excel, or other project organizational tools such as WorkFront.Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Compensation Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
