Project ManagerPlan, manage, and deliver projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, financials, and resource allocations. Track and communicate project and initiative progress to stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide team priorities. Identify and address risks and impediments affecting project or team progress; work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and values.
