• Lead commercial restoration & reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Formulate & manage strict job budgets to maximize profitability.
• Manage client & stakeholder relations during high-stress recovery periods.
• Coordinate timelines, trade partners, sub-contractors, and internal field crews.
• Partner with estimators & insurance adjusters to ensure accurate repair scopes.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of dedicated commercial project management experience.
• Deep expertise in commercial estimating & the insurance restoration process.
• Technical mastery of Xactimate, MS Project, and construction platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with a high-integrity, fast-paced mindset.
