Project ManagerLocation: Vermont (Onsite) Duration: 5+ YearsResponsibilities:The State follows the EPMO project hybrid lifecycle. The lifecycle leverages Agile principles and practices, particularly during the implementation phase. Contractor Project Manager will complete the activities recognized in the EPMO project lifecycle (Enterprise Project Management Office | Agency of Digital Services (vermont.gov)) and will produce project deliverables according to same and as directed by the State, using Azure DevOps, the EPMO’s project management tool and Microsoft Office products in v2007 or newer (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.), and Adobe PDF, or other formats as acceptable to the State.The selected Project Manager would be responsible for being fully competent with conducting the lifecycle approach to support program and project needs.Assigned Personnel will demonstrate the required technical skills and reliability to assist the State in completing the project consistent with the Directives of the State ADS EPMO HIE Program Manager, and the objectives set forth in the Project Charter, approved business case or guiding principles and other associated project documents.
The contractor will work with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards as defined by the State including that each project be successfully executed and completed on time, within scope, and within budget using State-approved principles as set forth herein.
