Project Manager, Utilities – Tallahassee, FL or Panama City Beach, FLHalff has an opening for a Utilities or Water/Wastewater Project Manager, with their Florida PE License, to be our Project Manager with our Public Works team based out of either Tallahassee, FL or Panama City Beach, FL offices.The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater utility design experience, with 1 year of Project Management experience.
