Project ManagerProject Manager will be responsible for managing projects that require new or existing hardware/software deployments. Working closely with IT, this role will coordinate, schedule and follow-up on technology upgrades. In addition, as new technologies are introduced, this Manager will partner with the appropriate IT, Vendor and Business teams to identify the strategy and build roadmaps for implementation.Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with IT and our vendors to manage hardware and software implementations at the storesPrepare and update communications to the stores through our corporate intranetPartner with the stores and the store support teams to create implementation schedulesPartner with IT to define the SOW for project deliverables layering in the impact to store labor hoursDefine implementation strategies including pilot, rollout and post rollout supportFacilitate periodic updates of projects to the management team highlighting progress and risksQualifying Education & Experience:BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or PMP certificationStrong oral and written communication skillsExceptional organization skillsStrong customer service skillsWorks well in a team environmentAble to adapt in a fast paced constantly changing environmentProven ability to work independently and self-motivatedProficient in use of Microsoft office package.
