Our client is actively seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Houston. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background managing underground utility projects and experience working with City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities
Qualifications
- Experience managing underground utility construction projects
- Previous work with City of Houston and/or Harris County Flood Control projects preferred
- Strong understanding of wet utilities, drainage, water, sewer, and infrastructure construction
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
