Project Manager – UKG Workforce ManagementLocation: Phoenix, AZ (100% remote)Duration: 12-24+ monthInterview: VideoRole OverviewDignity Health is in the middle of a large-scale UKG Workforce Management implementation and is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead and drive the project through implementation and stabilization.The Sr. PM will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery of the UKG Workforce Management (Pro WFM) solution for Time & Attendance, Staff Scheduling, and Absence ManagementTop Required Skills7+ years of IT Project Management experience, leading complex enterprise projectsStrong hands-on experience delivering UKG Workforce Management / Kronos projectsProven experience implementing the Workforce Management module in UKGExperience managing Workforce Management implementations (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of the UKG Workforce Management module (Pro WFM)Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreamsCollaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive the project to completionOversee the implementation of Pro WFM for Time & Attendance, Staff Scheduling (basic and advanced), and Absence ManagementFacilitate status meetings, executive updates, and communication across technical and non-technical teamsEnsure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectationsDesired Skills & QualificationsMultiple UKG / Kronos implementation projects, preferably in large or complex environmentsDeep understanding of UKG Workforce Management capabilities and configurationExperience in healthcare or large enterprise environments is a plusStrong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
