Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Manage large-scale projects related to:Energy (solar, natural gas, geothermal, etc.)Infrastructure & constructionManufacturing and industrial facilitiesDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, contractors, and stakeholdersMonitor project performance, risks, and KPIs; implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and industry regulationsManage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiationsProvide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projectsQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field5–10+ years of project management experience (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing)Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred:PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience in renewable energy or industrial development projectsFamiliarity with Texas regulatory and construction environmentsExperience working with government or large enterprise contractsKey Skills:Project planning & scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Budgeting & cost controlRisk managementStakeholder managementContract & vendor managementTechnical understanding of energy/infrastructure systemsWork EnvironmentBased in Texas with potential travel to project sitesHybrid work model depending on project phaseFast-paced, innovation-driven environmentWhy Join Us:Work on transformative projects like large-scale energy and infrastructure developmentsBe part of a mission-driven organization shaping the future of American industryCompetitive salary and benefitsCareer growth in a rapidly expanding companyCompensation:Competitive base salary (based on experience)Medical insurancePaid time off and holidays
