The required qualifications are as follows:
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience
- Proven experience managing technical projects within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience delivering projects under an Agile methodology
- Strong supply chain / procurement coordination experience
- Nuclear and/or utility industry manufacturing experience
- Experience with code-specific material requirements
- Background in adjacent regulated industries (pharma, aerospace) considered
Position Details:
- Lead multiple concurrent manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables using Agile methodology
- Coordinate across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
- Own supply chain coordination, ensuring materials are procured to code-specific nuclear requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact across a varied customer base for products and sensors going into nuclear plants
- Manage risk, remove blockers, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to safety and quality standards
- Provide clear, consistent stakeholder communication and status reporting
Strongly Preferred: PMP certification
