## Project ManagerApply: Tulsa, OK: Full time: Posted Today: JR3044We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage heavy civil construction projects from conception to completion.# **Responsibilities*** Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control* Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports* Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success* Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements* Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies* Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices* Other duties as assigned# **Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field* Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction industry required* 5+ years as a Project Manager preferred, not required* Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously* Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
