Project Manager / TransportationOur client is seeking an organized, detailed-oriented, highly motivated Project Manager. This position will include working on a wide range of transportation projects including new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals as well as planning studies. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.Responsibilities include:Managing multiple projectsPreparing and monitoring project budgetsProject schedulingLeadership skills and team member oversightMarketing / Business developmentQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldHave a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements highly desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's licenseESPO has a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, Group Health and Dental Insurance, and 401k after you have satisfied the necessary waiting periods.
