Project ManagerEDGE Engineering is seeking a Project Manager with experience in transportation drainage design and leading a project team. Applicant should have a strong track record of working on Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) or other State DOTs drainage related projects. Job responsibilities will include:Providing project management and technical leadership within our company and for our clients.Preparing scope, schedules, and fees.Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality of work, deliverables, client communications, and assigned staff task management.Leading and participating in preparation of construction plans, technical special specification provisions, and opinions of probable construction costs.Assisting with business development activities including client relations, pursuits, proposals, and interviews.Managing, leading, and reviewing technical work including:Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (H&H)Closed-conduit hydraulic modeling (StormCAD, ORD-DU, CivilStorm, XPSWMM)Stormwater facilities including detention ponds and water quality treatmentErosion control measuresIdentification and application of federal, state, and local regulations that impact projectsFull-time - Monday to Friday; Hybrid 2 days from home, 3 days officeRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringPE Certification (Texas)Minimum 8-years of experience, primarily focused on H&H/drainage/stormwater projectsExperience with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred:TxDOT (or other DOT) Project Management or Task Lead experienceCounty and Municipal transportation drainage design management or task lead experienceExperience in Microstation, Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD softwareExperience with ESRI ArcMap or other GIS applicationsKnowledge of TxDOT design criteria, standards and specificationsCompensation: $120,000-$220,000 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceShort Term DisabilityLong Term Disability401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible schedule - Work from home 2 days a weekHealth savings accountPaid time offBereavementMaternity/PaternityPaid Holidays (9)EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Professional development assistanceReferral programBonus opportunities
