The company is dedicated to building a cleaner, more resilient energy future that reflects the evolving needs of the communities it serves.We are seeking a skilled and experienced T&D Electrical Project Manager with a primary focus on Transmission. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate Transmission and Distribution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with E-J's safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, assisting with estimating, monitoring progress, and providing updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members. As a Project Manager at E-J, you will collaborate with diverse teams, communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and play a key role in delivering successful electrical projects for our valued clients.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completionProvide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, informing them of project status, risks, and milestonesLiaise with field supervisionAttend and run project meetingsMaintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentsEstimatingAddress any project-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that maintain project progressDevelop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possibleProcure and coordinate necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each projectIdentify areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitabilityQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of project manager experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Suite in addition to project management software; E-J currently uses Procore, Emque, Riskcast, Toric, and moreBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the electrical contracting/engineering spaceStrong organizational & multi-tasking skills with attention to detailPractical knowledge of constructionStrong business acumen in project planning and managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPractical knowledge of construction processesAdvantages of Working at E-J:Leading Electrical Contracting Organization NationwideOldest Family-Owned and Operated Electric Contractor since 1899Job training and mentorshipCompetitive compensation packagesHistory of employment longevityComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and 401K planPaid holidays and vacationMerit-Based BonusTuition Reimbursement ProgramSalary Range: $85-$120k/year The E-J Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and ensures equal employment opportunity for all persons without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by law.
