Project ManagerOverall experience of 10+ years in project management, agile delivery, and driving scrums. Exposure to data analytics and AI concepts and delivery workflows. Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. Comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Exposure to SAFe, Scrum, Agile, or Kanban frameworks.
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. Coursework or certification related to Agile, Scrum, or project management is preferable. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and program management support in a Data and AI organization is desirable.Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
