Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our client's growing operation supporting household brands nationwide. The company is committed to its continued growth and needs a strong Project Manager to come in and manage commercial buildout/install projects across the country. This Project Manager will support projects across the US from the office in Fort Worth 90% of the time but will require 10% travel to visit project sites and meet with clients when necessary If you are looking to join a stable company to take the next step in your Project Management Career, please reach out to learn more.Responsibilities: Project ManagerManaging the day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.Documenting each project's scope.Organizing projects in logical, cost-effective, and measurable steps.Maintaining relationships with internal leadership related to company projects within client organizationsHaving an understanding of capabilities and offerings of the company to be able to offer more products/services to clients.Assess projects, determine project requirements, collaborate with team to provide estimates when requiredCollaborate with Architects, Sub-Contractors, and Customers to ensure projects are delivered as efficiently as possible.Tracking and reporting project progress on a consistent and accurate basis.Coordinating various cross-functional activities.Integrating company standards and policies with project requirements.Recommending solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle, as necessary.Documenting and reporting project information, as needed, utilizing appropriate systems.Be prepared to provide training following project deployment.Documenting product process and procedure documents.Requirements: Project ManagerBachelor's degree or 4+ years of Project Management experience2+ Years of related Project Management ExperienceBasic ability to understand technical plans, read drawings, read blueprints, and models.
