Project Manager - Tilt-Wall

My client is looking for a Project Manager with tilt-wall experience.

The role:

• Own project budget, schedule, and contract administration
• Manage subcontractor buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• Partner with the superintendent and field team to keep projects on track
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and developers

What they're looking for:

• (5)+ years as a PM or Assistant PM on tilt-wall or ground-up industrial projects
• Track record of delivering warehouse/DC projects on time and on budget
• Strong command of cost tracking and scheduling (Procore, (Primavera/MS Project), Bluebeam)
• Confident communicator with owners and subs
• (Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering preferred)
