Reporting directly to the Director, Tenant Services, this position transforms lease obligations into an executable delivery strategy by aligning people, processes, and project milestones.Acting as the central point of coordination among Ownership, Leasing, Development, Property Management, Asset Management, and Tenants, you will proactively manage risk, facilitate informed decision-making, and drive successful store openings.
While collaborating with internal teams when project interfaces exist, this role remains dedicated to tenant delivery activities and risk management.
