Project ManagerProject Manager with strong telecommunications experience administering telephones and voice mail services in a Cisco IP / Avaya mixed environment.The Project Manager will facilitate in migration of large to small project on Avaya Office / Hosted Carriers / to Cisco Unified Communications Manager IP platform.The individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience with customer interaction.The Project Manager shall be responsible for the following:Perform initial walk-thru with all IT teams to attain project overview with specificsAttend Status PM meetingsMaintain an on-going relationship with customer for the duration of the project to provide updates to all IT teams.Review and Confirm with customer new phone configuration and any associated phone peripherals.Gather phone requirementsMark floor plansWorking with Carriers to port/remote call forward critical numbers, if applicableEnter phone requirements into an excel worksheet and engineering will upload into the Call Manager using the BAT file protocolAudit Call Manager to ensure upload is complete and correct.Request and accept vendor phone equipment quotes.Upon receipt of phone equipment, confirm order is complete.Arrange with the Telecom inventory team accept phone equipment and place into storage until the go live dateProvide final phone database to Telecom Billing to upload into ComSci billingProvide close out documentation to all Telecom teams and add to the Telecom’s shared drive.Skill Sets:Experience administering and programming the following:Cisco Unity Mailboxes and Call HandlersImporting subscribers from integrated LDAPProgram / administration of Unity mailboxes.Gather call handler requirements and design in the Unity call manager.Cisco Unified Communications ManagerPerform add, moves and changes.Administration of Cisco IP Telephones and features for (7900/8800) modelsAdministration of analog service on Voice Gateways (faxes)Avaya (CS1000 PBX)Adds, moves, changesAdministration of Avaya telephones and features for (3900) series devices
