As part of UT Dell Medical School’s transformation into a world-class academic health enterprise, we are launching an Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation centered on Workday, beginning in Fall 2026. To support this approximately 18-month implementation, we are recruiting both permanent and project-based HR and technology professionals who will help design, implement, and optimize Workday. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundational HR technology platform that will support the future University of Texas Dell Medical Center and the broader academic health enterprise.

This is a fixed-term position with an anticipated end date of September 30, 2027. The position may be eligible for extension beyond the anticipated end date based on continued business or program needs, funding availability, and satisfactory work performance.
