Project Manager OutSystems ArchitectIn this role you will be designing architecture best practices, common applications components, and working with business areas as well as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Security compliance teams to design applications. We need your leadership, agility, courage, strong communication skills, passion for learning, resilience and self-awareness.Analyze technology environment and create solution prototypesDrive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projectsConvey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical peopleParticipate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization spaceWork collaboratively across business and IT organizationsProblem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodologyParticipate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverablesThe minimum qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical field of study2+ years of experience designing and development of software applications as a Tech Lead or Application/Solution Architect8+ years of software development experience (preferably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.Net, Java, C#, JQuery or similar technologies)The ideal qualifications technical skills:2+ years of experience developing application on OutSystems or similar Low Code Application Platform1+ years of experience building business logic via APIOne or more OutSystems certificationsStrong experience in developing web applicationsKnowledge of relational data modeling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modeling toolsKnowledge of UI/UX Design principles and ability to build prototypesStrong knowledge of SQL LanguageKnowledge of CI/CD pipelineExperience using Atlassian tools, JIRA and ConfluenceSoft skills:Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skillsExcellent written, oral and presentation skills. Ability to present complicated technical concepts for executive audiencesWorks with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadershipAbility to work well in a team environment
