Project ManagerGLE is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing Construction Consulting Services team. This senior-level role will lead projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and provide technical oversight across a variety of building assessment and consulting services.What You Will DoLead and manage construction consulting projects from proposal through completionProvide senior technical review of reports including Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Plan and Cost Review (PCR), HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), and Pay App InspectionsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and contractorsReview contracts, prepare proposals, and support project strategyOversee project schedules, budgets, billings, and collectionsMentor and support technical staff development and trainingEnsure project milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are metCoordinate internal teams and subcontractors to execute projects successfullyWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred10+ years of project management, architecture, engineering, or related experienceExperience with building systems, property assessments, and applicable building codesKnowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, FHA, UFAS, ANSI) preferredStrong technical writing, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel and perform field/site inspectionsValid driver's license required
