Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of project management experience in utility operations, engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Utility Operations, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules on a monthly basis.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to permitting, logistics, materials, resources, contracts, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business targets.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams to resolve risks and critical issues.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance project performance.
- Maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, including activities, milestones, resources, and project status.
- Provide leadership and oversight to multiple stakeholders while driving project strategies and fiscal-year targets.

💵 Pay: $55 - $59/hr
