Project Manager – ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout across a range of sectors including healthcare, civil infrastructure, and commercial development. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Locations: Various, Ohio and surrounding statesManage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeoutServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate with field leadership (Superintendents, Foremen) to ensure alignment between office and jobsite executionOversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administrationMonitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost impactsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable building codesLead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and maintain clear documentationManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reportingSupport business development efforts including estimating, proposals, and client relationship managementBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–10+ years of project management experience in construction (sector experience may include healthcare, civil, commercial, industrial, or institutional)Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex scopes simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, etc.)Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and forecastingExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience with hospital or clinical environments, ICRA compliance, infection control protocolsExperience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities), DOT standards, heavy site workExperience with ground-up or tenant improvement projects across office, retail, or mixed-use developmentsLeadership & team coordinationRisk management & decision-makingClient relationship managementAttention to detail with big-picture thinkingAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsWe work with construction companies that value craftsmanship, collaboration, and accountability—building projects that shape communities and stand the test of time and grow teams from within, investing in their employees.
