Project Manager / SuperintendentEverLine is currently seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team. You will be responsible for leading/overseeing crews tasked with crack-sealing, sealcoating, line striping, and filling potholes. You will also make sure crews are scheduled and necessary material is ordered for jobs.
Want to be a part of something exciting?ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to make sure jobs are completed properly and on timeOrganize lead and encourage the team to complete daily responsibilities in a safe and timely mannerFill out digital job related reports dailyCommunicate effectively between GM, crew, and clients when necessaryUse equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoating, among other pavement maintenance servicesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with operations across the companyAssist with scheduling crewsAssist with keeping up with inventory and have the necessary equipment for upcoming jobsStay on top of shop cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedulesDrive and back up truck with a trailer on a hitchMaintain a safe, hazard-free job siteQualificationsMUST: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field or related field.
