Project ManagerIn this role, you will lead construction projects for residential and commercial properties. This role combines project management, customer service, leadership, and construction expertise. You will oversee projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.Responsibilities:Lead construction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team membersPrepare and submit accurate project estimates in a timely mannerReview budgets and work orders prior to project initiationManage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomesConduct regular site visits and monitor project progress in the fieldEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulationsAchieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experienceTrack, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetingsDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the processRequired Qualifications:Experience in construction and construction project managementDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsStrong planning, organization, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and customer relationship skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
