You will own the bottom-line for services projects encompassing HV, MV, LV, underground, and overhead transmission lines. There is also potential to own projects in distribution, private networks, and BESS.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communitiesOwn a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologiesPlease note: This role has 10% travel to project sites.Key responsibilities include:Actively promoting the safety cultureResponding to RFPs and preparing proposals for services workLeading project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projectsManaging schedule, budget, and scope of services projectsInterfacing between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project successAbility to work in both a corporate and field environmentManagement responsibilities include:Acting as a project managerManagement of a project teamPreferred qualifications include:10+ years of relevant industry experience including high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage substationsExperience in multiple phases of project executionBachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degreePE, P.Eng or equivalent professional licenseMinimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.This job posting will remain open until a suitable candidate(s) has been identified.
